I HAVE A WINDOWS VISTA AND THE DISK CLEANUP DON'T WORK.THE MESSAGE IS THAT IT WAS DELETED FOR ME TO GO TO WINDOWS SETUP. BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO DO THAT. CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE.

this is part of the Windows Vista O/S; if it has been deleted (?), then it will have to be reinstalled using a Windows Vista setup disc
