Disappearing Toolbars

Whenever I install a new toolbar, whenever I restart my computer and launch internet explorer, the toolbar will disappear, and I must manually goto View > Toolbars. How can I make the toolbar appear automatically when I launch internet explorer?

If you have another identity, logon to it. Launch regedit and expand the following path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar

Click File, Export and give it a name. Exit regedit, logon in your identity and double click the reg file. Try to customize the toolbar and see if it stucks.
