If automatic Window updates is disabled to stop Windows 10 from installing, will virus protection still update?

(NT) If you use Defender, yes. If not, no.

W10 still does not auto install.

It takes more steps to get it installed. There are now tomes about all that.

Which Virus Protection?

Third party antivirus programs will still continue to update because they are separate from Windows Updates.
