Question

Disable or refuse cookies

Aug 16, 2016 6:08AM PDT

Please help, im running win10. I have been using a site for the last 3 months with no problems, windows 10 did an update a week ago and since then i can not log onto said site anymore. The error message im getting is as follows:
The page isn't redirecting properly

Pale Moon has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I have deleted history, cache, the sites cookie and something else that logged me out of everything i am auto logged into. And i can still not log into the site i want to! What is causing this please??

Answer
Here that has always been a site issue.

Did you try it on another PC?

Did the site's owner answer what's up?

Yes i tried it on 3 other computers that are even on different internet and still cant log on. I emailed the sites owner a week ago and have not had an answer from them. I still cant log on and i have no idea why.

If 4 PCs can log on, It's most likely a site issue.

I had that issue recently at Daniweb.com and she traced it to something on their end. Really nice how some webmasters dig in to figure it out.

Now if all 4 PCs are running Harrod's Maximum Internet Protection Suite, well that could be a factor but do tell more.

How about a web site name so I can see if others are reporting issues?
