Disable Minimize on Program

I would like to, once the program is launched, disable the minimize button, basically making the program stay open and on top. This is the only program on the computer as it is a client to Winodws 2003 Server Active Directory.

Just would like to disable the option to minimize.

thanks a bunch

Don't think you can

I don't think you can, unless you have the source code to said program. It's an option you can compile into the program, but I don't recall ever seeing anything that can disable it at runtime.

If it's the only program that should be used on the computer, why would anyone be minimizing it anyway?
