DirextX 10 on Vista. Compatibility Issues!

by irishpride187u / July 2, 2007 11:03 PM PDT

Anyone help with why My Call of Duty(1st one)has Graphics issues on new Vista equipped DirectX10 machine. Graphics are sharper BUT for example running through a Field i will still see phantom images of Buildings or other areas. Almost like i can see through stuff except this stuff hinders view. Thinking of Buying 8600GT card as it boasts DirextX 10 Compatibility and maybe that will solve. But i would think the newer Graphics chipset would work better on these games and support older 9X games too?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
