Dump them as fast as you can I am next week I have been with them over 4 years and now going to dsl with my phone company. I have had nothind but trouble with them from the get go I have at least 300 case ids now. There tech. support is the worst I have ever had thank god for the phone company. the best download speed I could get was 688 with the new one it will be 1.5MB. I had to use direcway at first that was all I could get.
I have found direcway service and support totally unsatisfactory. Anyone else having problems.
Hours on hold. Layers of tech support and holds till you may find someone who is helpful but usually not.
They refuse to call back, blame problems on weather and tell me to wait till it warms up!
I live in Vermont. It may not warm back up untill May.
I had to call installer and pay him to come check out system. He found frozen water in support rods for dish. This freezing "pushed" dish out of alignment.
Three times this has happened since November 1st.
I think its poor engineering. Direcway says weather related problems not their concern. why did they not tell me before I puchased the system.
I think they have oversold product and are unable to support it. they want me to continue paying.
I think this is a scam!
Any suggestion or help?
