I have been a member of DirecTV for over 10 years and have never waited more than 15 minutes to reach anyone. Also my daughter had a similar problem with a sub-contractor and went with Dish network. After her meeting the 2 year requirement she changed to DirecTV and she is glad she did. It has far more to offer than Dish. The customer service at DirecTV have always been courteous and they have even given me free premium channels and $5 per month off for a year whenever I had a problem that was not resolved in a timely fashion. Good luck with Dish Network. It is unfortunate that the sub-contractor was incapable as was the one my daughter originally had.
