Let me rephrase:
If they didn't have such a good HD package (that they recently took channels away from and moved them into a premium tier HD package, claiming that the whole time, they were a "limited trial". Total BS!)
Thanks for the extra info. I'm going to do this over the weekend.
DirecTV's corporate office is 310-964-5000. Call in and ask for the CEO Chase Carey. They ask if you are a customer, say yes and you get to exec customer service. They still suck but at least you tried, eh?
If you don't want to go that far start by emailing them. They farm out so much of their customer service to non-DirecTV employees so you are rolling the dice whenever you call. I have found email to be more helpful than calling. Not saying it was HELPFUL, but more helpful.
DirecTV is a company in customer service freefall now. If they didn't have such a great HD package...
