WHAT KIND OF CAMERA WOULD YOU USE TO MAKE A STILL-FRAMED VIDEO????(LIKE A FLIP BOOK BUT FOR A MOVIE)

You didn't describe what you want in deep detail. However, with VIRTUAL DUB (I will not provide a link since you can find it with google.com) I can drop the frame rate of a video to give a flip book effect. I'm sure that you can create some other effect with a camera that can shoot in BURST mode, but I've yet to see many cameras offer any control over the time between snaps.

How about giving a bit more detail.

Sounds like you are talking about a slide show but I am not sure.

Also, do you want to view this movie on a computer, a DVD player or what?

Do you want to create a CD, DVD, VCD or what?
