You are looking for a still camera. They have flashes.

Some will take 'videos', but I wouldn't expect the quality to be very high or the video to be very long. Videos need a constant light source. Flashes, for them, would hurt rather than help the video.

I have a sony trv 38 and the "shoe" mount has a pull-back piece that exposes some electornic leads. not sure if that's for power to a mike or to a light or a flash, but it's something to look into. - fj

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
