Question

difficulty taking the back off.

Sep 29, 2015 7:23PM PDT

Sorry folks I am stuck at the first hurdle. I bought a MS Nokia Lumia 640 XL on the ebay. I received it yesterday.
I can not get the back off. I have tried but there does not seem to be any place where you can get your nail to force the back off the handset to insert its battery and SIM in.
Ya it is very basic but if that is my problem what should do? Besides the quick start guide is in a Language which looks like Chinese. The charger is not suitable for the UK system.
Any help will be appreciated.

What is this about charging?

The power connection to charge look like a standard Micro-USB-B which means almost any charger will do. I take it that you are new to how the industry moved (most of them) to a standard connection. Ask around. You'll figure it out.

As to the back, I find that at times I have to use a spudger to get the backs off. On some it's very hard the first time.
