I'd recommend visiting the carrier's service center (Verizon, Sprint, ATT, etc) and have them take a look at the symptom. I'd recommend a service center over a kiosk because typically, they'll have a technician on hand at the service centers. If the phone requires an update, they can do that at the center and get your phone working better.
Plz Help!! In retrieving MMS, only the first retrieval works fine. On the successive retrieval, an alert will display that it cannot retrieve. Then if the unit is turned off, it will retrieve again but only on the first retrieval
