Different size ram but same config. Will they run?

I have been searching online and now am a bit confused about the answer. I have 2gb 667mhz ram of v1.8. I want to add another 2gb 800mhz v1.8. So will they run smoothly?

i wont do it then. i will buy the same frequency as the old ram.

But here's the advice we hand out about mixing memory types and sizes. Don't.

This is not to say it won't work but it can lead to very hard to diagnose problems. If you have no choice and it's cheap or free, try it.
