Here's what I would do if I were you.
I'd go to Samsung Russia and check out both 65X models of interest.
If you go to Downloads / Файлы для загрузки, you will find that Quick Guide and User Manual are in English (as well as in Russian).
Read through the manual, look at the connection diagrams and all, and decide if this is the TV you want, if it has all the features you must have.
I wouldn't compare these models to some other country's model that you cannot buy anyway.
As an added benefit, this way you will learn about the features of your future TV before you make the purchase, thus avoiding any unpleasant surprises when it turns out that Feature X is not available on Russian models but available on every other Samsung TV in the world.

It seems to me that there are different models of Samsung LCD TVs sold in different countries. At least it appears like that when looking at available models on the different sites.

I have come to the conclusion that our TV needs to be replaced.
After searching around a lot, I've more or less decided to go for the LE46B65x series, but all the information I've found on the net is about the B656 model. However, on the Russian Samsung.com I only find the models B652T4W and B653T5W. As I don't speak Russian, it's hard to navigate on the available local web sites that might give me the answer to my question.
Which model sold in Russia corresponds to the B656?
