Differences in mail programs from two users on same computer

<span id="INSERTION_MARKER">I am the "administrator" on our computer; my wife has her own page.

Her mail program does not resemble mine. I have "buttons" at the top like New Message and Get Mail. She does not. She has to select them from a drop-down menu. I can find nothing in her mail preferences to make her mail look like mine.

your wife's mail has not be "customized" to include those things that you have in yours.

...and if the toolbar is not present in it's entirety. Go to the "View" menu and select "Show Toolbar".
