Difference Between the 6 and 7 Series LED

Can some one please tell me what are the differences between the 6 and 7 series LED TVs from Samsung. I intend to buy a 46" tv and do not know the difference betweeen the 6 and 7 series except for the pretty high difference in price. Also. is there an 8 series in the LED as well ? If yes, What additional features does that have ?

Welcome to the forum, and thanks for considering Samsung.

The 7 Series and 8 Series has the Internet Suite of Yahoo widgets, which will be adding applications rather quickly in the next several weeks. The 6 Series is a great television, but does not have the additional widgets.

The 8 Series also has 240Hz processing, whereas the 6 and 7 Series has 120Hz, and is the highest in the series.

Those are the major differences. Did you have any other questions regarding these?
