Difference between An Intel Core duo 2.26 and 2.4

by -_LoKi_- / September 1, 2008 1:40 PM PDT

I am about to purchase a Sony Vaio FW190. The upgrade from a 2.26 and a 2.4 is 50$, do you guys think that i will be able to tell a diffrence or should I save 50$?

Also I am up to suggestions to look at other notebooks... the Vaio FW has been my pick so far, mostly because of the screen.. but are there any other notebooks i should check out with similar sized widescreen lcds?

thanks in advance for your help

Pay it.

The CPU is an item I never see anyone upgrade later. But all owners that wanted a faster CPU would have given this much for that much. I vote to pay up.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
