Didnt know where else to go, pc problem.

My PC is about 4 months old and has been running well until now.
I have used 26.7 GB out of 145 GB and have recently run a disk defragment, Adaware, Spybot and McAfee virus scan.

The problem is that my computer has begun to run slowly and keeps appearing with the message, "warning, virtual memory is too low"

Can anyone offer any light on what may be causing this or where I could go to get a answer if it is not your speciality.

Many thanks

can be changed by right clicking my computer > properties> advanced > change virtual memory.

however you should post this in Computer Help as the virtual memory is a certain minimum percentage of the RAM and they have better information as to what it should be.
