And let me tell you this:

At the bottom right of every post you see an 'Alert' icon. That's the yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it. If you click that you can send an alert about that post, for example to tell the moderators that it's spam or offensive. Most likely it will be deleted then by one of the mods.

The displayed ads tend to vary and change regularly. The browser used will also make a difference. Some of us use blocking software, disallow 3rd party cookies, tracking, and so forth. Advertisers want to target potential customers by learning their browsing and shopping habits. If you use a customer loyalty card at the grocery, they do the same thing. If you get coupons printed at checkout, they are often based on your past purchases. What you see in Cnet won't necessarily be what others see. The coupons you get at the grocery won't be the same as are printed for other customers either.
