Did Noah fish? :-)

Jun 25, 2007 11:30PM PDT

A Sunday school teacher asked, "Johnny, do you think Noah did a lot of
fishing when he was on the Ark?" "No," replied David. "How could he,
with just two worms?"

One thing about worms

If you cut one worm in two,

You have 2 worms.

And, if you want 3 worms

Here's a worm story
Jun 25, 2007 11:55PM PDT

When I was a kid (last week) we used to go down in the mud flats and dig for marine worms(sea worms) We got a can full and took them home. These worms are better for fishing in salt water than earth worms. We were going to go fishing the next day.

Usually we put sawdust in the can as it helped to keep them separated and I think it prevented them from escaping. We used to get sawdust from the butcher, back then they put sawdust on the floors of meat shop.

This time we didn't get the sawdust, and all the worms were missing the next morning.

No fishing that day,

I was devastated, happened 50 years ago and I still think about it.

Simple earthworms or what ya' call
Jun 26, 2007 12:33AM PDT

nightcrawlers aren't male and female but each has both parts. They still need another worm as a consenting partner. They crawl out at night in search of love...or whatever ya' call it. That's when ya' snag 'em for your bait bucket. But, I suspect you knew that and keep your flashlight handy. Happy

But don't you think any six year old
Jun 26, 2007 9:40AM PDT

would know that fish and other aquatics would not fear the storm or perish in it?...so Noah wouldn't have to gather them in?...but then what would happen when the flood waters receded? Would many of them be and left high and dry? any drying? and dead? "Daddy, daddy, how could God do such a thing?"

"er....uhh...go ask your mother." Happy
