Question

Did I blow it

Jul 15, 2015 11:04AM PDT

I have a need for Powerline line adapters and I've buying them up, I just bought a lot of Solarlink 9650 power line adapters, I just want to go from the router to an Android box running 4.4, do these need to be set up using a proper PC or can I get away with plug & play like the others?

Answer
So far I've never needed a PC for setup.

There is one issue with powerline networks and it's not a bug or issue at all in my book. The set must be on the same phase or side of the usual 240 AC 2 phase mains. This is well documented on the web so I'll stop here.

I don't know what that means.
