Often, including manufacturers such as Samsung, will ship accessories with loose bags that are not sealed. These may become dislodged during the long shipping process.
No need to worry unless you have other signs it is not a new product.
I just bought a 50" LCD 4K HDR 10 smart TV with Roku built in and when I
opened the box the first thing I see is the bags with the left and right legs.
and their open, also the bags the legs are in are not resealable. However the screws were in a resealable bag.The remote was clean and batteries looked untouched. My question is this.If i was buying a floor/demo model
this is what i would expect to see.
I have bought brand new printer from this store claiming the box was never opened and when i got home I opened the box and was all excited but then I noticed a huge problem .My new printer should have a digital display on the front.Well it didn't.The best i figure seeing as how the manufacturers name color and general appearance was matching.I think some one bought the same printer as me and then put some old similar one back in the box, taped it up just right and returned it as unopened. The person would get a brand new printer and it would be free..
Well when I found out this wasn't the printer I paid for a went to return it.....Now here is where it gets interesting..I could have returned it as unopened and got my money back, but trying to do the right thing i tell the Representative what happened and the told me their was nothing i could do and i could have been the one to put the old printer in the box.Needless to say I did get my new printer and they did take the issued one back, but i had to literately tell the supervisor I will not move until i get my money or new printer.............ENCASE YOU HAVEN'T GUESSED THE MERCHANT.ITS
WALMART and this is a record of facts of a true event. It does seem slanderous but i just bought a new TV from their and I dont want to have had some defective model or something i dont trust them...so....does element sell their TV's with open leg stand bags
