Did God Burn, Then Snatch Muslim From Airplane?

Man bursts into flames and then a hole opens in the side of large passenger airplane and he alone is pulled out. Absolutely Amazing!

" “I saw the passenger, a man in his early 60s, get sucked out of the plane. There was a huge bang. A big hole appeared in the side of the jet and the elderly passenger disappeared through it. One minute he was sat in his seat; the next he was gone. He’d been sucked out of the plane. People were screaming. We all thought we were going to die.”

Nur also reported that the man caught fire before he was sucked from his seat, and eerily, the burned body of an elderly man was found in Balad, 18 miles from Mogadishu. It’s uncertain whether this was the same man."

Brought to mind a bible passage.

Amos 9:2
Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down:

Psalm 139:8 (about God)
If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.

Could have been a number of things

and the final report may well end up being just the most logical of the speculative. If there is DNA in the plane that matches that of the man on the ground, we'll know more. We've already seen failed bomb attempts on airplanes. I expect to hear this might be one such attempt that didn't go off completely as planned. If this was a bomb, it could just as well have been placed in close proximity to the deceases as having been on his person. For now, we'll just watch imaginations run wild. But I'd definitely not think God plays any active role in such these things and I've not heard any scriptural one-liners that say differently. BTW, the Psalm noted...and when read in it's entirely...speaks strongly to God as having a protective nature rather than a damning one.

you only read the Psalm?

Is it fair to ask you

In reply to: you only read the Psalm?

to pose an answer to your own question? I can think of only three options: Yes, No, and Maybe. I gave an answer that you don't seem to accept. Are you suggesting the answer is either "yes" or "maybe"?

He works in strange and mysterious ways....

...his wonders to perform. Can we say for certain? Remember the fog in WW2 at Dunkirk which came up at the right time to save all the British soldiers who had their backs against the sea from the Germans? Was that God, or just chance? Who has known the mind of God, to whom is his will revealed? I think when we see things of an odd nature, we tend to think, maybe more than coincidence is involved. Now, you saw the foolishness of JP in his flat out "no", yet the answer very well could be "yes". The difference is he's willing to deny any involvement of God, but without any proof thereof. I'm willing to suggest the possibility of His involvement.

You yourself noted the saving power of God, and if that person had a bomb on him, what could be more saving than his death, removal from the plane and the salvation of all those left on the plane? Do you remember reading about the one who digs a trap for another, but falls therein himself? About the one who spreads a net for another, but becomes entangled therein himself? This could be a similar case.

For in him we live, we move, we have our being. If we descend into hell, He is there. If we mount up to the heavens, He is there. Is it then too much to assume He still rules in both heaven and earth? I know some think He took a long day off and nowhere around and He won't be back till some time later and till then everything continues just as it was since the ancients fell asleep. One day they will even say that. Not so however.

Perhaps it was the Devil/Lucifer? I've got "no proof", same as you,....perhaps the guy had converted to God/religion...and the Devil didn't like that...so HE/SHE sucked him out of the plane.

RE:He works in strange and mysterious ways....

You can't even figure out what I'm saying sometimes......now you know how God thinks?

I would agree that there are some things

In reply to: He works in strange and mysterious ways....

that are not possible to know now and were not possible to know in days gone by. I will conjecture the possibility that much which has been attributed to deliberate acts of God are based on that deficiency. It wasn't possible to make the connection between "unclean" meat and trichinosis at one time. Is it yes, no, or maybe, that getting sick from eating certain things was a sign that God placed a total and permanent ban on their consumption?...or is it possible that a ban was the presumption of man in that day? Can we know for certain? This, and a million other topics in the scriptures, are a reason that there's more written about the Bible than there are words in it. We are to use our God given brains once in a while and we should also recognize that the full deposit of faith isn't just what was written but includes that which was word of mouth. There's scripture to back this up, BTW, and it was written during a time of strife. Either we're having one of those times now or they've never really ended.

He smuggled a hoverboard on the plane?..I won't say where he concealed the hoverboard.
