Diary/Journal software

Jul 25, 2004 4:26AM PDT

Hey
I was just wondering if anyone knew of a diary/journal software that uses standard type files to store the information, e.g. text files or HTML files.
the reason for this is because if after about 15 years I want to read my diary I want to be able to do so freely, if it is in a nonstandard format (as some diary software use there own encrypted files) I might have trouble reading it in future.

Any help will be appreciated Happy.

Thanks! Happy

hmm, thanks bob but I was kind of looking for a more specialised journal/diary software, one that has dates etc.
in fact I'll probably write it myself in VB.net, its simple enough.

Thanks bob Happy
