Dial-up wireless networking

Apr 24, 2005 12:30AM PDT

Hi, i have been looking everywhere for assistance on Internet Connection Sharing through a dial-up wireless local area network but i just seem to get ignored. I just want to know how to connect my Windows 2000 PC(which has a wireless USB adapter) with my Windows XP lap top (which has a wireless card installed). Is this as hard as i have found it to be? Are people delibrately ignoring me because they can't help me? SOMEONE out there must know what to do. Please Sad Thankyou

"But to go wireless you need an access point... not just wireless card."

AdHoc mode between two wireless NICs will allow a network connection without an access point. Throw in ICS and the Internet is shared.
