Dial up internet on Vista

helo,recently just bought a Dell laptop with these specs,
Windows vista basic,1.73GHZ,Intel core duo proccessor,512RAM and a
GMA 900 graphic card.

Problem is when i tried to install the nokia pc suite over at
my laptop,and after succesfully installed i tried to connect
to internet where my 3G handphone act as the modem,it managed
to get connected to the net but the internet connection speed
is terrible slow,take at least a min to load a google page,
initially i tought these were due to my slow internet acess on my 3G handphone,however i tried it on my xp os desktop the internet speed
is brilliant fast as usual,so is my laptop having problem with dial up internet connection or the nokia pc suite software dosent works well on windows vista,as a result i get a poor internet connection when my phone act as the modem.

Any of you tried connected to internet on vista where your 3g handphone act as the modem and using the nokia pc suite to get connected ?
