I agree that there is not that much happening in the forum now, but I wonder how may people are still on dial-up in the US and elsewhere.

I agree. We have plans to do clean up some forums...

and consolidate some of the outdated/unused forums, but this project is hold as there are other priorities lined up.

With this forum consolidation and cleanup project, I have estimated that we'll be shutting down and consolidating approximately 20+ forums. It's been long over due--for example PDAs, Windows 95, 98, Me...

We'll get there, Wayne, it's just a matter of when.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
