Dial/Top69-A

Aliases
Trojan.Win32.Dialer.e

Type
Dialler

Description
Dial/Top69-A is a premium rate dialler application for accessing sites containing adult material.
Upon execution the dialler terminates any current dialup connections, such as a connection to the default internet service provider and then dials a premium rate number without any notification that it is about to do so.

Once a connection has been established the dialler attempts to load the target website using Microsoft Internet Explorer.

The dialler does not create any changes to the system to run itself on startup, however other installation software may do so.
