dfxInstall-WMP fatal Error when trying to install

I have windows vista and can't seem to run this program it goes fine until you hit next for the first time then it has a fatal error is there anything I can do to make it run like it is supposed to?

installing or running legacy programs in vista. try installing or running programs as administrator. right click program to run as adminstrator. May work. Also can try downloading program to computer the right click and run as administrator.
