Detachable laptop keyboards that work detached

I would love if one of these companies that makes 2-in-1 laptops that have detachable keyboards would make one that works when the keyboard is detached. If a good portion of your time with your laptop is working at a desk, you may want to arrange it in a way that is more ergonomic (perhaps, having a higher mount for the screen while the keyboard stays on the desk). Then, when you are ready to go work elsewhere, you reattach and you are on your way. Are there any 2-in-1's out there that do this? If not, has there been any discussion about future ones offering this? Thoughts?

Most 2-in-1's either are connected and the time or

snap into connections. But you can use any bluetooth keyboard to use remotely. Even if there are ones that are designed to do this with the same keyboard that connects it will still use bluetooth technology to connect.

....how after more than 5 years there still is not a nice solution for this.
The only one so far I found to use with detachable keyboard was Eve V.
To me this feature is the most basic feature that I would expect of the detachable keyboard.... even if I could use it with some weird cable I would be happy... instead I have to travel with additional keyboard...
