Desktop reboots randomly

Recently when I was using my desktop, I realized that there would be this sound that occurs when I normally turn on my CPU, and almost immediately after that my monitor freezes. Only after 1-4 minutes everything would return to normal. Does anyone know what's the problem with my CPU?

It doesn't tell you if the issue is some old board with bad caps, a hard disk that is failing and so on.

CPUs rarely fail. But new owners might call the case and all the parts inside the CPU. So let's find out more about your maintenance routine and get a Web Speccy report so health, temp and more are up for others to read about.

Before you get that Web Speccy report have the Make, Model of the PC PLUS the Make and Model of the PSU to put into your next reply.
