DeskTop Publishing

Hi, does anybody know of a good, easy to use Desktop Publishing program to use with Vista? I use PSP 9 and that works but I'm looking for a more user friendly program to make greeting cards. I saw an ad that Cnet recommended and it looked good, but didn't list Vista as OS that was compatible. Thanks.
