desktop iCalender lite and webs.com question

I am sorry this is probably in the wrong spot but I am in need of some help.

I have a webs.com website in which it says I am able to "import events from an existing calendar (iCal format)". So I went to my iCalender and created a calender for what I wanted to do. I attempted to upload it, on the upload screen it asks to "Enter URL to iCal file: - (Supported formats: .ical, .ics, .ifb, .icalendar)". It has an import button and a cancel button. So I used the file path (C://blah blah blah). It didn't go through. Didn't think it would anyways. So I guess my question is, how to i make/upload/find the URL to my file. Is it something i can do in photobucket or something?
