There are places that will stop that from happening. Under Browsing history, the right hand box will display Under History is 50 days - I set that to 0 days. When you go to delete browsing history, you will see Preserve Favorites Website Data - I have that unchecked along with Temporary Internet Files unchecked. Under the Advanced Tab, you will find a box under Security that reads: "Empty Temorary File when browser is closed" and that is checked.
Usually, if you have ccleaner, it does remove a lot. I have Windows Error reporting checked, Under Advanced, I have two items checked 1) Old prefetch data and 2) IIS log Files. Another handy item is Disk cleanup in Accessories. I have checked the following: Downloaded Program Files, Temporary Internet Files, Offline Webpages, Recycle Bin, Temporary Files & Thumbnails. I have 3 items tha is holding 31.0 MB. Darrell
