Did you uninstall it?

Hi: Did not uninstall, as the program does NOT appear in the control panel "Programs and features"

- Can he do system restore back to before the install?
- Does he have a recent image of his system to go back to?
- What happens if he simply renames the folder in Program Files or Program Files (x86) it's installed to?

Look in the settings, you can remove these clocks.
