Nothing changes it seems so just like in XP you may have to turn it off.

When I try to play StarCraft and go on some Battle.net servers (online play), StarCraft crashes and it gives me some memory access error. It actually doesn't like to show the error anymore since I reinstalled, so I don't have the exact error, but it still crashes to the desktop. However, some Googling revealed that anyone using Vista appeared to have this issue and apparently you have to disable DEP entirely to get around it. Now I understand the risks of doing this, and have no problem with them - however when I attempt to disable DEP it gives me a BSOD (to disable DEP, I go into cmd and type bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff - making sure to run everything as administrator). It tells me that the operation has succeeded and I restart my computer so the effects take place. When I restart it BSODs and gives me the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error. I don't have the exact stop code, which I can get when I'm home later tonight if needed. I have to then boot into safe mode and reset DEP to bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx OptIn for the computer to boot into Vista normally again. Anyone know why it could be doing this and what I could do to solve it?
