Hi, Scoooby; We don't have bonnets, here in the colonies. But, I just had a guy come to my house and remove two small dents in my wife's car. It is called "Paintless Dent Removal". I was amazed while watching him work. He did it from inside, out. Took him about 20 mins. total. $100.00.
I have a smaller dent, 2 inches at the foremost corner of the bonnet. Its a classic car and therefore pretty solid. Suction methods from outside doesnt work at all for me. I presume it´d help with placing a dolly from inside while hammering outside working inward around the dent. Problem is I dont know how to get through the extra metal plate beneath the bonnet that makes cavity up to the bonnet. Can this plate somehow be removed in order to get direct contact, any alternatives?
