Denon AVR 3806 Receiver

I have a Denon AVR-3806 Receiver - Home Theater System. I accidentally hit a button on the remote control and now I do not have sound. I have a picture, but no sound. This happened before, and I called Denon Technical Support and they told me over the phone what to do and got the sound back in less than 5 minutes. However, it is a weekend and I can't contact Denon until tomorow (Monday). I think it had something to do with the Exit In button or mode (Auto)? I can't remember. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you
