Dell XPS ONE 27" INCH i5-3330s graphics upgrade ?

Nov 16, 2012 11:03AM PST

I recently purchased a dell xps one from a third party for christmas for my kids, its the low end configuration of the i5-3330s with intel hd 2500 on board graphics .

My question is if my kids or myself find the graphics inadequate for gaming , can i take this somplace and have a nvidia graphics card installed like on the 2 other higher end models ?? or am i stuck with the intel graphics ??

Thank you in advance !!!!! for your replies and any help or information you can give me on this situation

Graphics card upgrade

Hi,

The discrete graphics card is soldered onto the motherboard for this computer. If you need to add a graphics card, the motherboard will have to be replaced.
Which games are you trying to play?
You can try to update the video drivers for gaming issues.

Hope this helps.
Please revert for any clarification.

That's a bummer , I wanted to play mw3 or new black ops 2, not sure what the kids would play on it , computer would mostly be used to surf the web and stream mkv video content to my tv anyway . Thank you for your response Manpreet C .
