regarding my dell xps m1330

I had a dell xps m1330. I heard from various forum that dell has admitted about its factory defect but to my surprise in the philippines dell here does not accept that problem they don't honor the defect. Its my first time to use dell and I was very disappointed in the product. It has a lousy support to its customer. The dell philippines has the poorest support. I think dell should built its name here poor company. Poor philippines dell staff.

Sorry but I see no defect here.

I looked at the card and it looks to be a dual monitor card. Is it time we remove the connections so consumers are not as confused?

Thank you for the info & picture. Just curious is there anything in the BIOS
or graphic settings I need to change. To get this to work because I have it hooked up according to the pic but unable to set it up & for the laptop to recognize dual monitors

thanks
