Dell XPS 410 / Windows Vista question

Hello, I am thinking of purchasing a Dell XPS 410 PC and I am considering 2 GB of RAM. Would 4 GB be a better idea? I basically use the PC I have now for very little gaming and more general web surfing, instant messengers, antivirus, antispyware and a few other things.

I'm the only mod in this forum so I just went ahead and deleted the worries.

When it comes to the RAM, I agree with retired...2GB is more than enough for what you plan on doing. Just make sure the graphics card can handle Vista's Aero interface or you'll be forced into a 'reduced graphics' mode.

Hi John, ok thanks very much for deleting the duplicate. I appreciate it.

I will go with 2GB for RAM and as far as the graphics card I am thinking of going with the 512MB nVidia GeForce 7900 GTX. Would this card to handle Vista and Vista's Aero interface?
