dell xps 1530 wont power up shuts right back off

well i have laptop dell 1530 xps when i turn the power buttton on it shuts right back off ,the battrie is fully charge , it just turns right off as so as i push the start button ,it just happen out of the blue

In the Cnet Laptop Troubleshooting forum in the top post is the "generic reset." Try that. If that fails then the most common failure is the main board.
