DELL W5300 Printer

Oct 20, 2009 11:44PM PDT

I am troubleshooting a Dell W5300 printer. The toner gets into the paper tray and I receive the error that there is a paper jam in tray 1.
I cleaned out the paper tray and with a can of air, gently cleaned the rollers and paper route through the printer.
The printer did begin to print but the pages were coming out light and with a smudge.
Any ideas of what could be wrong? I was thinking it was a defective toner because the current toner is full.
Thanks!
