dell vs packard bell

this will be a total no-brainer for everyone who isnt me, but im currently using a DELL DIMENSION XPS T600 and have been offered a PACKARD BELL iMEDIA 4500. i dont know which is more powerful/reliable and need advice.

im just a regular home user, but am an art student so do a lot of paint shop and digital photography work, my operating system is xp home.

grateful for all advice and info.

then you can decide which you like
or combine them (if they have swappable parts, such as taking the HD from the lesser and using it in the superior, or taking memory or an optical drive)

that's what i'd do
or, you could just have 2 PC's (which is a lot more convienent than it sounds)
