Dell Vostro 1510

Jan 25, 2010 10:14PM PST

Laptop takes about 8-10 minutes to shutdown/restart. I have reformatted and reinstalled Windows. Removed Memory/Harddrive and reseated them. Sometimes the paging file maxes out with nothing running. It is under Warranty from Dell. The tech I chatted with online said find a similar hard drive and memory stick and try them. Great service! Computer had major issues before reformatting. Blue screen on boot up. I had to do a repair install of Windows to get the data off the computer. After retreiving the data, I reformatted and reinstalled Windows. Seem to have a lot of problems with these Dell laptops lately.
