If this fails then you call Dell to ask for restore media.

i am trying to reset my computer to its factory settings, i have pressed f8 at the dell splash screen it takes me to the screen that has the option to "repair your computer" i hit enter and it just boots up normally when the dell site tells me i should be going to another screen that gives me the option to reset my computer, so what is up i don't have a clue what to do to get to the screen i need, HELP!
