Dell switch - Vlan configuration

Dell PowerConnect 3448
Software version: 1.0.0.112

I believe I need to add the following line to the appropriate interface in my switch configuration in order for my vlan packets to be passed to the next switch in our network.

switchport trunk allowed vlan add all

After adding this line to the interface configuration should I expect any disruption in the flow of packets?
