DELL SUCKS

Dell lies thru the teeth. I just wanna say
I made it passed middle school. My problem
with dell stims from the facts. that is I was lied too
from the start. I dont ride nuts so step off mine
I should never have had to deal with the wrong parts
in my custom computer. I told dell what I wanted
I paid the extra money for the upgrades that I did'nt
even get in my computer. and for Dell to have every bit of proof that my order was never wright. but theres nuthing that can be done heres 50 then 100
dollar gift cards to buy a PCIE slot for my computer
if you the readers have any clue to to what a 775 socket T is and know what pcie is then you might just
know what I'M dealin with. because you just cant buy a
a missing slot like that.
DO NOT BE A FOOLI WHEN ON DELLS GOOD WORD AND IN THE END IS WE DONT CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS JUS A DOLLAR

ok i have been trying to return it for months on end.
heres what i'm told by dell it's not there problem
that the wrong hardware was installed on my computer and that i need to just shut up about geting it fixed.

trust me i was lied to buy the highest person in customer care. they tried to say i never called about this problem so i said look it up he said there was nuthin so i said hold on i got my case numbers of every call he hung up i call back and 5 or six times today same thing or i just get a run around. i will say it is my fualt for buying a Dell. and theres no joke the only dell techs know is how to plug them in...
the nut thing is refrence to somebody here

If you didn't open the case, or do anything to void your warranty, you should be able to return it. Demand a full refund and say you'll be filing a complaint against them at the better business bureau,or something to the like or you'll sue them for fraud.

dell sucks chapter 3

i said that and every since i get mostly hang up's
i told the guy what i am soppose to do
first day i get a computer take all the chips out befor i set it up to make sure they built it wright.
i swear to god they jus dont stop lieing telling
me i'm at fault for not geting the wright parts.
then lieing to try and cover it up i'm going
to call dell 5 times a day till they make it wright
ether give me my money back or just make it wright
i will not take there bribes. i am not gonna sit here and do nuthing i have my dell warrnty i told them
i will be useing it 2 times a week frying my cpu and mobo till i get a full refund or the wright hardware
they send a guy out to fix it every time now

Since you seem to know enough about computers, why didn't you just build your own? Dell has to be the worst computer technology company in the US market. The will rake over the coals with their sky high prices on their so call high end technology and use old, out of date, close out computer parts. My advice, take them to court. They truly should no longer be a company since Dell is built on an over all lie "The custmer always comes first".... By the way I'm sorry you got burnt.

YOU SHOULD SEE THE DELLS AT OUR SCHOOL. THEY ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SSSSSSLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE WORST PART IS THE TECHNOLOGY MANGER AT OUR SCHOOL LIKES DELLS. I'M THINKING HE GETS THESE "SUPERB" DEALS. CAN'T WAIT TO SHOW HIM THIS POST WHEN THEY ALL BREAK DOWN./

You're not the only one. I even think one of the technical support people are even employed by DELL. The accounts don't work and The computers are slow and are filled with viruses. and The websites are VERY outdated. I almost lost my computer to a virus when I was looking at their outdated website. All they care about is replacing all computers, even new ones, with DELLS. One of my teachers hates this because his printer keeps breaking and they have to send it in and they don't fix it right.

the computers are slow? hmmm whos fault is that? uh, if you buy a new 9100 today, i dont think it would be slow. filled with viruses? hmmm who has been visiting naughty sites and downloading music? i dont think dell is. websites are outdated? uh how so? they show all their current computers and past models. you almost got a virus while looking at dell's website? well that is utter crap, you donnot know how stupid that comment really is. {b]MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT BUILDING YOUR OWN PCS AND LOOKING AT HP ABS MONARCH ALIENWARE GATEWAY AND VELOCITY MICRO BEFORE YOU MADE YOUR DECISION. IT IS YOUR WILL TO BUY FROM THEM SO DONT GO BLAMING THE COMPANY. THIS WHOLE THREAD SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELETED FOR ITS STUPIDITY.
