Dell Streak

was an I phone 4 user and my bad decision I switched to Streak on 19th Sep. for a big screen and thought android will work just as good as Apple , but no!!, No cut copy paste as default in emails ,,In browser the cut copy paste is junk,cannot configure ymail accounts.No undo and redo ,,No pinch to zoom in google maps,,and a long list .....
But here is my story :
1.When I first received the phone it had a loose back cover, send me a replacement,2.received 2nd phone the software had issues and it was turning off and on by itself,send me a replacement.3.3rd unit I got is having connection issues with the bluetooth ,noisy conversations,changed the bluetooth still the same,tried the blue on other devices works very good
The tech support is a waste of time ,I was asking for a refund they convinced that they did some upgrade to the software I wont have any problems .
Can you believe 4th replacement and still the same problem of the bluetooth I called this time for a full money back but the rep. told me I was out of the 30 day time limit ,but I told them that your previous rep.offered if there was a problem this time they will return the money ,but no!! I have wasted my time and money both on a junk device.I cannot switch back to iphone .My bad luck .
Donot buy it !!!! and if you buy and have some issues return it immideately for a full refund or else you will be another victim of replacement.
